A mechanical engineering background and is a materials management post graduate with overall 25 years’ experience, most of which in senior positions in real estate industry in companies like Sobha Developers, Mantri Developers and Puravankara.
He was instrumental in setting up Sobha Developers in India.
Under his guidance / direction, KEF Infra at Krishnagiri was established starting from acquisition of 32 acres of land to obtaining all statutory approvals incl establishing initial factory setup.
Veera has expertise in sourcing lands, negotiating and concluding joint development arrangements, materials procurement, negotiation and conclusion of contracts, compliances and government liaison.
Veera has also, in the past, run his own outfit engaged in project management consultancy amongst other areas of real estate development advisory.
